A new bug?

Starting 4 turns ago I have been losing emmies to hostile armies attacking my pop centers. What's odd is that I am 10 for 10 in having them get caught. I wanted to wait another turn to say anything and this turn alone I lost 3 out of 3 to group attacks. Anyone else notice this over the last 4 turns or so? Maybe some new coding introduced a bug? 10 for 10 when the odds are 50-50 is extremely unlikely.

I had an emm caught and then not cought on rerun of this last turn today. Would seem to suggest there is a working check but unsure the percentage.

Been on both sides lately and been pretty close to 50/50, though I agree 10 for 10 seems anomalous to the point of buggy.
