Summon Monster
#1
My setup shows that all the Summon monsters appear to have the same stats on my Kingdom Setup. Is there no difference between the Tier 1-9 monsters?

Oh, yes, quite a difference. The setup sheet doesn't reflect it but they get better with each level.

That is actually confusing, but here is how you should think about it.
Think of the attributes for each monster within the context of the spell level. So, Superior Defense for a Level 8 monster is way tougher than Superior Defense for a Level 2 monster.
This does make it hard to compare across numerous beasts and creatures and kingdom troops and all, but at least you know Level 8 monsters are much tougher than most other things.
The previous owner liked to keep the battle numbers private, and the new owner is thinking about how he wants to deal with that.

I really hope that's not how that chart works because that's way confusing.

If brigade stats are not released (and I hope they are) ... then at least the Rating Chart should be updated and made accurate.

If experienced players, including myself, are struggling with that chart what hope does a Rookie have?
