I haven't really caught on to the mithril thing. How does one steal mithril from another player's PCs? I believe that when you steal gold from a PC, it is limited by the PC's gold production. How about mithril? Does it have to be the capital?

I think it's kept at the capital. If you give me your capital location I'll give it a try. Angel

You can steal Mithril from any pop.

You can only steal mithril from a kingdom's capital. The amount stolen is 1%-10% of its stockpile.
