Eliminating figures

It would be convenient at times to eliminate figures, just as we can eliminate troops. Any thoughts on restructuring groups as well?

I have mentioned this in the past.  Sometimes you would rather have an inactive group.  You can lose figures by combine but there are times it would take a wizard too and thats never a good choice.
