Kingdom appeal and effectiveness
#1
I posted about this years ago, but I could not find where so I had to create a new thread.  I figured it was time to update kingdom stats so we can get some adventurous players to give the lesser performing kingdoms some love:

LEAST winning Kingdoms:
Black Dragon        0/25
Elf                       0/24
Dwarf                  0/19
Ranger                1/48
Dark Elf               1/32
Cimmerians          1/30
Amazons              2/48
Demon Princes      2/45
Halfling                1/22
Gnome                 2/39
Pirates                 2/36
Sacred Order        1/17
Tyrant                  2/31

MOST winning kingdoms:
Lizard men            5/30
Nomad                 2/13
Necromancer        7/49
Ancient Ones        7/49
Atlantians             4/32
Druid                   7/57
Red Dragons         6/54
Warlock                4/36
Underworld           5/52

MOST Popular
Druid                   57
Red Dragon          54
Underworld          52
Ancient Ones        49

LEAST popular
Nomad                13 (wow, second most winning, least played!)
Sacred Order       17
Dwarves              19
Halflings              22
Elves                   24
Black Dragon        25

Some interesting showings on most winning, I never would have guessed lizard king and nomad.  Atlantian's making a good showing as well for their mediocre popularity.

The Dwarves and Black Dragons still have no wins, but they have placed.  The poor elves have not won OR placed in a single game in Maelstrom.  The Sacred Order was in that same category (not one placing) until just recently, will someone do the same for the EL, BL, and DW??

Interesting as always. I wonder who won with the Sacred Order? That's indeed an amazing accomplishment. That person likely is extremely intelligent, curious, and charismatic.

There are some kingdoms that do not usually do well on their own but can rock in a team game.  I recall blitzing with TY in a team game win.

Thats true team games are usually the fastest pace type games, all 12 kingdoms start fighting immediatly.
