Does anyone know if the counterespionage from fortifications stack?  We know the defensive value stacks as we can see it on our report when you build it.  If we build a fort for + 20% c.e. and then build a castle do we get the + 20% c.e. that goes with it?

You know it only counts for steal food and sabotage? Not to protect from assassination etc. So stack or not, its not that big a benefit.

But it also stacks against recons, and add that up with an agent on counter, you just my kill an agent? Just saying.

Good point- it helps against recons, steal and sabotages. And when the GN finds your secret capital with a recon even after you helped him fight off the DE for several turns out of the goodness of your heart, that stings. it really does.
