Does this artifact do ANYTHING now that the HP's have had their chance to die reduced to 10% in game? Or is this just a status point collector?
I played when it cost .22 cents to mail my turn to NC.

This is one of those Cypher or Ry Vor questions isn't it, the player base would have no way of really knowing right ?
I played when it cost .22 cents to mail my turn to NC.
