combat question

Hi Guys

Is it possible to move and attack in one turn or do you need to move one turn and attack the next?

You can move and attack the same turn. You could defend, attack two armies, and still move.

Please do not take any of my comments as a personal insult or as a criticism of the game 'Alamaze', which I very much enjoy. Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project. Anyone who reads this post should feel completely free to ignore, disregard, scorn, implement, improve, dispute, or otherwise comment upon its content.

You can't attack after you move, only before. You are right in that you cannot move, then attack.

Ah cunning :-)

I assume from this you can do things like parley and move?

I misunderstood the question. It is ALL about the Sequence of Events.

Always look at the number of the order you are issuing it dictates when things will happen. There are some spells that may put things in what seems like a different order. Example summoning spells happen after movement but recruiting happens before movement, and teleporting happens after regular movement. So you can do special things but need to see how to manipulate them to work for you.
