Defense upgrade for dwarf.

I see a change to cost of defense to be inline with food and gold. Will the Dwarf also be getting a further reduction in his cost to raise defenses in 2nd cycle?

(complete) Raising the defenses of a PC will have the same cost as raising food/gold production (4000 gold/3000 food per)
