Number of Active Kingdoms

Intending 12, from 2nd Cycle's 15. Part of the intention is to expand the map and allow a bit more of a beginning game.

Agent and Emissary range will also go from 10 to 7 for similar reasons and an increased tactical role (when to move agents and em's).

The two of these combined should make the map effectively one third larger.

I like it!

That could open up the feasibility of news spells and/or artifacts that increased a character's range.

Please do not take any of my comments as a personal insult or as a criticism of the game 'Alamaze', which I very much enjoy. Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project. Anyone who reads this post should feel completely free to ignore, disregard, scorn, implement, improve, dispute, or otherwise comment upon its content.

Ooh! Teleport Emissary! I like it! Either auto-undetected, or at least with a notifier to the teleporting Kingdom whether or not the teleport was detected. Nice to get around blocking groups, too.

I am a very big fan of the decreased emissary range and 3 less kingdoms.

I too am liking this. I assume the range for an Agent mission will also be 7 now?

This idea I love. 12 kingdom, short emissary range, Brilliant!
I did learn one thing from my "mentor".

Well, that remains the plan. As well as likely a new map - don't tell anyone. ,

At Imperator, you might need 7 laminated maps, Wynterbreeze.
