I noticed in the group section of the turn sheet that the description of Defense value would go up upon promotion. So a regular brigade described as "average' might be 'Above average" after promotion to veteran and so on.
So I'm wondering if a brigade's actual Defensive Value (DV) goes up with the brigade's promotion or is this change of description only reflecting total defensive amount.. For instance lets say we have a brigade of 2000 value and a DV of 2. We know that upon promotion to Veteran the value jumps 25% to 2500. Does the DV stay the same at 2 or does that jump to 2.5? Or did the description change because the modifier is based of a larger base amount?
