Never in the WSOP but had a good time this Sept in Vegas , one hand alone pulled in 1.4k was fun to flop 4 of a kind Smile

Odd thread, and coincidentally, I just played Omaha high/low for the first time on Christmas with family.  Took me a bit of time in my first hand when I held aces and kings and thought that was fantastic but realized that I can only play two cards from my hand, so just the aces and the kings were irrelevant.    Anyway, it was fun, and more action than Texas Hold'em.

It doesn't surprise me that there are poker players here. I play cash. Last time was in Vegas (maybe once a year) I played the Wynn daily, played for 4 hours then busted not close to the money. If I'm there, I'd rather play cash and get up when I want.

If any of you are in Kansas City, I can direct you to the better games up to 5-10. Bigger than that, I don't think run and I don't know. PLO recently has been great at one casino, because of a couple of huge donkeys, who might last or might not, but the variance is always there at that game. As an odds person, if someone is playing total trash for a raise preflop 100% of the time, I'm game. I have a day job, so my poker roll is not independent. (to an extent of course.)

I have been bubble boy more times than I care to!
Cash games are good and you can get up when you need to and nothing warms me wallet like hearing RAISE, after you turn a straight flush and the last to act!
Omaha is a fun game that I have yet to master, so I stick to hold'em or 7 card stud when I can find it.

id also like to add, that I will probably never master any of them, but just enjoy the game.
