So I find a number of setups on the kingdoms for the 3rd cycle but I cannot find a full copy of the setups for 4th. Am I just missing it somewhere on the forums, or is it one of those things people dont like to share for strategic reasons?

Same kingdoms for both cycles, any kingdom changes are in the maelstrom notes.

OK thank you - questions on the setup kingdoms like dwarves/Halflings etc they start with more gold how much?

Rich: Increases starting treasury by 30,000 gold, and increases starting capital gold production by 4,000.
