charts and spreadsheet for Maelstrom

I thought I saw these earlier and am still looking.  
Does anyone have the/a reference sheet for regional reactions to pop centers - how much influence etc... I thought I read the Maelstrom one was different.

I am also looking for the chart I thought I saw for Encounters.
